Niejeden z przedszkolaków marzy o tym, by zostać strażakiem. Aby przekonać się, jak wygląda niezwykle trudna praca strażaka ,,Żabki” przekonały się podczas spotkania ze strażakami z OSP Dzielna, OSP Jeżowa i OSP Sieraków Śląski w dn.12.05.2023r. Na plac przedszkolny zajechały wozy strażackie i ubrani panowie strażacy. Dzieci dowiedziały się w jakich okolicznościach można wzywać straż pożarną. Powtórzyły numery alarmowe. Uczyły się podstawowych zasad udzielania pierwszej pomocy, a wykorzystując fantom, poznały zasady resuscytacji krążeniowo-oddechowej. Miały również możliwość z bliska podziwiać wyposażenie, jakim dysponuje Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna podczas swojej ciężkiej i odpowiedzialnej pracy, a nawet spróbować zrzucić butelkę z wodą z pachołka silnym strumieniem wody. Za miłe spotkanie dzieci podziękowały strażakom i życzyły wytrwałości w codziennych zmaganiach z przeciwieństwami losu.
